1. How long can I rent it?

To make it simple, every rental is for 5 days. You should schedule your rental so that you pick it up/receive it a day or so before your shoot, and still have some time to return it after!


2. What happens if I damage a rental?

I totally get it, as photographers we shoot in some crazy places and do some crazy things! Dirt & blemishes are bound to happen. However, if damage done to the rental is more than something that can be easily sewn or washed off, you will be required to pay a replacement fee, which will vary from piece to piece. Replacement fees are outlined in every contract!

3. How does shipping work?

I do offer shipping on some items if you are unable to pick up the rental or if you are out of state. While the cost of shipping to you is covered, you will be responsible for shipping the item back. A trackable form of shipping is required so that you can share the tracking number with me and we can both oversee its safe return!
If you need an item to be shipped, please let me know in your contact form, as your rental will need to be shipped a few days before your desired shoot date. 

4. Are there any restrictions on what we can do with the rentals?

Unless otherwise listed, please do not expose a rental to extreme conditions (heat or cold), excess water/mud, or anything that could heavily damage the item. We want these items to be kept in usable condition so that lots of photographers can benefit from the collections!

5. How does booking a rental & payment work?

As soon as you fill out the contact form, I'll reply to you within 24 hours! If the items you requested are available to rent on the dates you desire, I'll send along a contract and invoice to secure your rental. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit up front and a signed contract, and the remainder of the payment is due by the first day of your rental. 

6. What happens if I need to cancel my rental?

Life happens, and sometimes shoots get cancelled or rescheduled! If for any reason you must cancel your rental, feel free to contact me. If you are having your item shipped, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are required to pay the remaining balance due to shipping costs. If you are rescheduling your rental, you will be able to transfer your deposit as long as the change is made more than 48 hours in advance.
